Vermicelli Kheer Recipe | Rakhi Special Recipe
- 1 cup of Roasted Vermacili
- 1.5 liters Milk
- ½ tsp of cardamom powder
- ½ tsp of Saffron
- Dry fruits & resins
- In a cooking pan add milk and boil it later add the roasted Vermicelli & sugar to it and allow it to boil until thick.
- Take 1 tsp of water dissolve saffron in it.
- Later add cardamom & saffron water to the thick vermicelli milk mixture and cook for 2 more minutes .
- Finally garnish with soaked almonds and resins.
