Brigitte Sealing’s Melba Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

  • ¼ c Butter
  • 1¼ c Butter c Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 table spoon Sugar
  • 1 cn 16 oz Sliced Peaches,drained
  • 1 pk Cream cheese 8 oz
  • ⅓ c Sugar
  • ½ c Sour Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tea spoon Almond Extract
  • ⅓ c Raspberry Jam

Method

Step 1

Microwave butter in pieplate,covered for ½ to 1 minute on HIGH or until melted.

Step 2

Mix in crumbs with 2 tablespoons of sugar press onto bottom and sides of pie plate.

Step 3

Microwave on High for 1½ to 2 minutes or until hot and Arrange peaches in crust.

Step 4

Microwave on High for 1½ to 2 minutes or until hot and Arrange peaches in crust.

Step 5

Blend in remaining ingredients,except jam & pour over peaches.

Step 6

Microwave at High 3½ -4½ minutes or until edges are set,rotating once.

Step 7

Cool Spoon jam on pie. or until soft.
