 Grilled Chicken with Spicy Ginger Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1/4 tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon of chopped coriender
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt  or adding salt as per your diet
  • 1/4 tablespoon of ground black pepper

Method:

  1. Take two boneless, skinless chicken breast pieces and halves in a medium bowl, stir together yogurt, garlic and ginger past,
  2. Mix lime juice, red pepper flakes, cilantro, salt and pepper to the chicken.
  3. Transfer marinade to large zip-type plastic bag, combining well.
  4. Add chicken, reseal bag and turn it over several times to thoroughly coat chicken with marinade.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 to 6 hours, Prepare gas or charcoal grill.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium-hot coals, 5-6 minutes per side.
  7. Remove to plate and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
