Prawns Fry Recipe Indian

Ingredients:

  • Fresh prawns
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Finely chopped green chilli
  • Coriander powder – 2 table spoon
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves(Optional)

Preparation Method:

Chop the prawns coarsely. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion & the green chilli until the onion is color changes. Then add the coriander & turmeric powder, stir & fry for about one minute. And add the prawns & salt, stir & fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Add little water (1 or 2 table spoon) & adjust the heat to low & let it cook until it begins to brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat. Stir in the coriander leaves. Serve with any meals.
